They had the passion and the product, but lacked the online infrastructure to scale: No clear visual identity. No strong positioning in the competitive mobile coffee market. Confusing messaging and limited content strategy. This wasn't just about design—it was about establishing a business identity from the ground up.

As Creative Director, I led the effort to develop a brand system and web experience that reflected the heart of Nightowl Coffee: vibrant, expressive, and seriously good.
Core goals:
- Craft a brand identity that reflects bold personality + hospitality
- Position the business as both local-friendly and corporate-capable
- Launch a Webflow site that converts inquiries into bookings
- Build scalable CMS infrastructure to highlight reviews, photos, and events

Since its launch in Q4 2023, the new website and branding have significantly elevated Nightowl Coffee’s market presence. Notable achievements include:
- 1,400+ Leads: Captured through the website within the first quarter of launch.
- Increased Brand Awareness: Recognition among Fortune 1000 companies as a premier coffee catering service.
